Preamble
Every order involves on behalf of the customer the acceptance of these present general terms and conditions. Any particular clause to the present terms and conditions can only be applied if it is confirmed and written by the seller.
Products
Pictures of the products included in this website or in the product catalog are presented as illustrations and should not be sold or reproduced without permission from their owners.
Prices

Validity
Price lists are calculated on basis of the US dollar. We reserve the right to modify these prices and conditions at every time according to currency exchange rate, raw material’s rate, freight costs or any factor that can influence the evolution of costs and returns.
Creation
If you cannot give us ready-made document, our graphics design team is at your disposal for any creation of a colorful artwork to design the visual elements of your project.
Delivery
The delivery time for each product is given as an indication and starts running from the artproof or prototype of your approval. A delay in the delivery can only lead to an order cancellation after a formal notice in writing by registered letter addressed to the seller and giving him 15 days delay to deliver the goods.
Moulds
In case of a re-order, all moulds and set-up charges are conserved by the seller for a period of three years starting from the first order.
Transport
All transport costs are charged to the final destination.
Payments
New customers are required to pay a 50% deposit before production. The remaining balance is then charged before the delivery of the order. Payment can be made by Check or by Fund/Bank Transfer. Any modification of these conditions will be previously discussed and confirmed by a written contract.
Trademarks
The seller disclaims any responsibility for the use of trademarks on logos on items conducted upon the customer’s request. The customer must be ensure the rights of use from its holders.
Overruns and/or Under runs
Goods are delivered with an over or under range of 5%.
Complaints
Any complaints about the delivered products shall be notified in writing by the registered letter addressed to the seller within eight days after having received the goods. Complaints after the eight days limit will not be considered. The seller’s liability is restricted to the reimbursement of the delivered goods or their identically replacement, within the best time allowed.
Law
Any dispute arising in connection with the order or its continuation will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the sellers’s court.
